Courtesy of Degarth. Pours deep clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is sweet sweet grain malts with an added sweetness of honey. The taste is much like the nose with up front sugar malt sweetness and grain. Near midway the honey comes up pretty strong. I also get a fruitiness toward the finish. Into the aftertaste I can pick up a mild hop spice tartness. The label listed the following: “water, malts and hops.” Nothing else. Do these three make a beer?

Looks fine, a deep golden bosy with a modest white head, but there’s something off in the aroma, a litterbox sourness that doesn’t mesh well with the sweet grainy malts. Nicely balanced flavor, sweet & malty with some tart orange and a bit of citrus peel. Not too bad, but there are plenty of less expensive APAs that taste a heap better.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 12 oz bottle. Light copper pour, thin white head. Faint floral notes in the aroma. Flavor has some light citrusy bitterness with hints of mint and some spiciness. Mouthfeel has some stickiness and a bit of pizazz. Tastes like a budget American pale ale. Overall, pretty bland.

Bottle... Clear golden ale with a small, frothy, white head. Biscuit and/or Munich malt aroma is outshone by spicy phenols and funky, fruity esters. Notes of smoke, clove, banana and orange peel. The flavor is sweet, smoky spicy and bitter... great balance, but weird. Medium-bodied and oily with lively carbonation. Sweet, fruity, spicy finish. It’s doubtful that a "special, and secret, blend of Old and New World hops" could produce all the wacky, out-of-sorts essences in this odd bird of a beer. Possibly a special, secret blend of old and new world yeasts. Not my cup of tea. Nonetheless, a solid, quality brew.

Bottle. Golden orange with a small head. Aromas are tea, lemon and spices with sweet malts and some floral notes. Flavours are floral, spicy and herbal. Sweet malts with good yeastiness. Decent.

South American Pale Ale? Is this a new style sweeping the continent below? Pours a clear amber gold. Really interesting nose that makes me feel like it is a cross between an IPA, a hefe, and some Belgian yeast mixed in there for good measure. Flavor is meaty with woody character to it. Firm tones of sap and syrup. This one is all about the trees and earthy qualities. Feel is smooth on liquid and there is a real strong carbonation that attacks the tongue. I am going to say this is very drinkable. The sweet tone is a touch too much, but overall this is a very good craft brew, and from Brazil of all places. Oh the times they are a-changing’.

Bottle. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is yeasty and sweet, and the flavour is yeasty and lightly dry. Overall an average beer that is very yeasty.

(Batch No. 20) Appearance: Pours a pale amber body with a small, fizzy off-white head. Smell: Surprising aroma of pale malts, bubblegum and banana esters, and coriander. Taste: Faint pale maltiness with a subdued sweetness. Tastes like they added a splash or two of herbal tea. Notes of coriander, bubblegum, and banana throughout. A displeasing solventy taste creeps in the finish. Mineral water aftertaste. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Good gracious, me. This is just one of beers that I totally didn’t care for one bit.
