(Bottle) Pours a clear copper body with a small white head. Aroma of herbal tea and toasted grain. Flavor of tea, toffee, and light lemon zest.

From a twist-off 12 oz. bottle, batch number (38) along the right side of label, sampled in a pint glass. A clear reddish orangey hued golden appearance with a nice foamy white head, slowly dissipated into a sudsy lacing, minimal amount of laced sticking. Belgian pale ale nose, clove, a little coriander, subtle bubble gum, banana esters, earthy, traces of candied sugar, herbal, pepper, sweet grain bready. Good, even moderate carbonation, a crisp, dry, smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel, tastes of toasted malts, grains and pale malts, sour apples and honey, clove, just a general Belgian spiciness, traces of candied sugar, the alcohol is light, but noticeable, a solvent taste, especially in the finish, soft herbal hops, hints of sour mushy banana at the end, finishes spicy and dry. Decent drinkability, with lingering alcohol warmth on the tongue, it tastes like it has a higher ABV than 4.8%.

Bottle, july 07, thanks Eli!. Soapy, hops aroma, slightly fruity. rahter faint. Nice, crystal clear golden shinny with a good medium sized white head. Flavor is rather neutral, with a bready malt front and a crispy, slightly hoppy bitter ending. Mouthfeel is medium, easy drinking. Filling but crispy and dry at the same time. Nice pale ale, although it could do with a bit more hops.

Bottle. Again, long time since I’ve drunk this ale, but I remember pretty much of its strong aroma and good flavour. Very nice beer.

pours a med/small bright white head, retention is fair, lace is minimal. Clear, light gold color. First whiff is banannas, light flowery notes with a faint maltines. Body is pretty light, clean palate, damn near crisp! Lightly toasty pale malts, a touch of honey and a light fruitiness. Not picking up on much hop flavor though, maybe a touch grassy. Dry, lightly fruity finish. An easy drinkin PA but at this price i can do much better, cheaper.

Light golden color with a taller, lasting off-white head. Lightly toasted malt and dry grass aromas. Hints of sweet citrus. Nothing too exciting. Dry honey and biscuit flavors. Floor malt tastes with a mild honey linger. A boring pale ale in my book. Hints of things here and there, just nothing that shines through.

Amber color. Some malt aroma. Decent body structure, light malt flavor, stronger caramel; very light herbal touch; croddover between a Belgian Ale and an Amber Ale (about the yest, which is quite perfumy). Good bitterness level (rare in Brazil). Not bad.

In the bottle from Beertopia. Pours amber with a large yellowish head of great retention. Medium hop citrus aroma that does not go into the stratosphere of hophead delight, but does let you know that they tried. Drank this in the hot tub, so I likely enjoyed it more than I should have. Good maltiness that has a mild bittering balance. OK, but not great.
