Jul 17, 2006 From bottle in Rio de Janeiro. Golden clear body with a quickly disapearing white head. Grassy and flowery nose with tones of malt, vanilla, cinammon. Starts like a weizen, but fruity flavors explode in the middle of the tongue, apricot and plum. Finishes slighty sweet with a nice fruity aftertaste and some hops hints. Low carbonation enhances flavors but still highly refreshing. Great brazilian beer, diferent from the normal european pils but still very interesting. Deserves a wider distribution.

Jun 12, 2008 Kinda weird but I like it. Light citrus orange in colour; not really text book for the style. Nose is quite interesting; raw malts, smokey and an obvious mineral / slate character. Less of these flavours to taste as the beer becomes a touch more bland, albeit mostly in the pilsner style. But the smoke and slate remains, a good thing here.

Dec 8, 2006 Updated: Dec 10, 2006Bottled. Tasted in "Belgian Dash", beer-house in Goiânia, Brazil. Its a premiun brazilian pilsener made by a micro-brewer (artesanal) in the southern state of Santa Catarina, german imigration area. Golden/piss color with a small head. Low carbonation. Honey aroma with slighty skunk notes. Sweet fruity finish. I´m a little disappointed with this expensive bier.

May 19, 2007 Cerveja Pilsen da Sudbrack feita com protudos orgânicos. Sabor puxado paracido com uma Ale. Cor amarelo avermelhado, espuma presente, não muito densa, cheiro suavemente adocicado (banana). cerveja encorpada, forte, maltada. Boa para dias frios, não sendo aguada.

Jun 14, 2008 Bottled. Not good as the regular pilsen fron Eisenbahn. A yellow beer witha white head. Aroma is sweet and slightly grassy. Taste is quite simple. Malty. A litle bit watery

Apr 18, 2009 Outra Pilsen sem nada de mais. Aroma básico, de lúpulo e alguns toques de mel. Gosto com leves amargor e dulçor, final metálico. Forte carbonatação, corpo leve e textura aguada. Aparência normal, espuma branca e média, boa formação de colarinho. Ao menos foi melhor que a outra safra que provei, onde o gosto de grama era premente na cerveja.
