Bottle, GBBF 2007. Golden with no head. Mouth is very fruity, summery. Fresh with no hint of alcohol. Flavour is sweet at first, some malt, then fruitiness returns. Finishes light, very good.

6/30/07 From bottle at the Seattle International Beerfest. Aroma is light caramel malt with a light butterscotch/diacetyl tone; not objectionable. Appearance is a medium yellow with a solid white head. Flavor is caramel, butterscotch (light diacetyl) followed by hop citrus. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carb feel, but seems to have medium-high carbonation. Overall, very easy drinking, clean and sweet.

Appearance: blond color, with reddish tones. Little head, of white color, persistent. Aroma: sweet, candy, malty; fruitiness of peaches, something of quince, ripe pear and banana. Slightly citric, reminiscences of honey. Low hops odor. Flavor: very candy, intensive malty, honey and slight toasty. Fruitiness of ripe apricots, papaya and ripe peaches. Finish with light smoked tone, very low hoppyness. Liquory, with reminiscences of Caribbean old run and whisky. The sweetness hidden the alcoholic degree. Palate: medium to full body. Creamy and silky texture. Low to medium carbonation. Unbalanced sweetness, but nice. Bottle. Golden dark, reddish color. The head is white and leaves rapidly. The aroma is weak, slightly fruit-bearing. In the palate it is soft, though a bit alcoholic. The bitterness of the hop is imposed on the malty. This one well, it is ale standard.

Bottle. Nice golden color almost Red beer :). The white head disappear quicly and aroma is weak but some fuity, the flavoir is good, refreshing and you can feel the alcohol presence. The bitterness is balanced. Cerveja dourada indo pro vermelho. Espuma densa que some rápido, aroma fraco e frutado, sabor refrescante e amargo, nota a presença do alcóol. Deixa um gosto amargo na boca.
