Apr 10, 2007 Updated: Apr 27, 2008Pours amber with a tall white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity with notes of belgian yeast. Taste is aso sweet and malty. Some spice in the end. the alcohol is well hiden but you can fell it is there in the end. Really nice brazilian beer

Apr 27, 2007 Uma forte cerveja da Sudbrack. Coloração laranja, bonita, com espuma de boa formação, densa. Cheiro suave, gostoso, levemente frutado. Uma cerveja encorpada, com retrogosto amargo. Suavemente adocicada (mel), um pouco refrescante, aveludada. Forte.

Mar 20, 2008 Bottle, february 08. Thanks Sergio for sharing this one! Bright, clear golden color with a medium, frothy white/ creme head. Fruity, yeasty, phenollic aroma with some salty/ seaside notes. Rather neutral, clean flavor with some fruity and pepper notes. ome peaches/ plums at the end sharing some earthy hops. Alcohol well concealed. Medium mouthfeel, some chewy malts. Warming but not overly so. Nice, really well done strong ale that could do with a bit more character.

Apr 16, 2007 Interesting transparent golden coloration. Dense but not consistent cream. Fruit aroma, with presence of clove, spices and honey. In the palate it folloies the aroma, but she is weak in comparison with a Belgian Ale. Lack a little of taste but, of any form, is an excellent “national imitation”........................................ Interessante coloração dourada transparente. Creme denso mas pouco consistente. Aroma frutado, com presença de cravo, especiarias e mel. No paladar acompanha o aroma, mas é fraca em comparação com uma Ale belga. Falta um pouco de gosto mas, de qualquer forma, é uma excelente "imitação" nacional.

Aug 7, 2007 6/30/07 From bottle at the Seattle International Beerfest. Aroma is light caramel malt with a light butterscotch/diacetyl tone; not objectionable. Appearance is a medium yellow with a solid white head. Flavor is caramel, butterscotch (light diacetyl) followed by hop citrus. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carb feel, but seems to have medium-high carbonation. Overall, very easy drinking, clean and sweet.

May 14, 2007 Updated: Aug 26, 2008Coloração âmbar, translúcida, com um creme branco razoável. Cítrica, floral, lupulada, maltada, tudo sem exageros. O teor alcoólico é muito bem inserido. Carbonatação média. Refrescante. Drinkable. É sem dúvida uma das melhores cervejas da Eisenbahn.
