Bottle thanks to hogfodder. Yummy banana aroma and flavor. A little thin, but still quite good.

From a bottle poured hazy dark amber with a fair amount of off-white head. Nice malty flavor hints of fruit. Smooth lasting finish.

Poured a coppery, rusty red color. Very little head at all. Aroma is ull on wheat, with bananas and cloves struggling for superiority, behind this are some really decent caramel and plum aromas, perhaps even a slght fig component, finishing with some bready yeasty notes. Flavor is not as sweet as I had anticipated, there is a fruity note that shines through. Perhaps not my favorite, but still a good brew.

Cloudy, copper red color. Hundreds of tiny bubbles lead to a medium sized creamy beige head. Sweet roasted malt aroma with hints of caramel, honey and banana. Smooth, buttery caramel malt flavor upfront. Wheat malt aftertaste with a light dryish hop finish. Nicely done. Very Bavarian-like.

Chestnut brown with an off-white head. Banana, bubblegum, and light clove on the nose. Sweet flavor, banana and clove dominating. Alcohol shows up in the finish. Fizzy, medium bodied.

Bottle sampled with stegosaurus. Pours a deep amber with a nice two finger off-white head. Aroma of wheat, caramel malts, banana, and a hint of chocolate. Flavor is sweet with toffee, wheat, caramel malts and some spices. a very good weizenbock.

Thanks to egajdzis for opening this brew. I’ve been trying to get this for a few years now. Batch 10... Appears a russet toned copper with a small beige head that fades into a mild cap. Spotty lacing is left behind. Smell is of caramel, bubble gum, doughy bread, yeasty as hell, mild cocoa, toffee, bananas, and other yeasty esters. Taste is of the mentioned aromas with some fruity flavors shining through highlighted by light grapes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, yeasty, sweetly balanced, and estery.

Bottle, September 07. Turbid, brown-orange color with a medium beige head and swift carbonatation. Phenollic/ clove aroma with strong bubblegum notes and some cake. Clovey, sweet taste with some bready malts and a spicy end. Medium mouthfeel, but a bit thin and watery. Short aftertaste. Nice, aromatic weizen that could do with more substance.
