(Rating #1952)

Pour is a cloudy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is deffinatly sweet with notes of banana and cloves. Flavor is again sweet with some caramel and molasses. Finish is thick but watery all at the same time. An ok beer nothing like some of it German counterparts as there is not much of a flavor profile.

Cloudy, light brown color with a few specks of fish food. Small head of dark cream bubbles. Big sweet aromas, with dates, caramel, over-ripe bananas, and a touch of spice. Nice palate, that has some creaminess mixed in with a mild effervescence. LIght sweet start. Mild caramel and toffee. Some light stewed raisins and starfruit. Light cocoa and a hint of spice. A little heat in the spice with white pepper, cloves and hint of curry. A very nice weizenbock.

Rich mahogany in colour with a thin beige coloured head, light lacing. The aroma is sweet, wheaty, some bananas, yeast, bubblegum and spice. The flavour is highly sweet with lots of bananas, clove spice, maple and caramel. Sweet mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes long, quite sweet with some light alcohol warmth.

Incredibly sweet, becomes too much so. This isn’t bad but the bottle becomes hard to finish.

355ml bottle obtained in a trade with TheCheeseMan, thanks Dan.
Opened on March 14, 2008.

Bottled sample via radiomgb. Ruby red in colour with a bit of haze and moderate carbonation. Aromas of red berries, stewed plums, gumdrops, and malt. More sweet and stewed fruit in the mouth, along with caramel malts, chocolate, bubblegum, and a bit of lemon. Quite heavy in the mouth... a bit more carbonation would have helped. A solid weizenbock.
