12oz bottle-pours a dissipating tan head and amber/brown color. Aroma is medium/dark malt-caramel/molasses, dark fruit-raisin/plum, faint citrus. Taste is medium/dark malt-caramel/molasses, dark fruit-raisin/plum, faint citrus hops-slight bite. OK/mild carbonation. Thanks to jwc215(BA) for sharing.

(WBA) courtesy of Laurent Mousson - clear dark amber colour, little beige foam; discrete aroma of banana and red fruits; a bit chewy mouthfeel, sweet and full-bodied, fizzy and sweetish aftertaste of red fruits marmelade - weird

I’ve tasted about 8 beers from Sudback over the past week and they have been consistently good and true to style. This weizen bock is no exception. Meaty, powerful and sweet malts, spice and clove, with some dirty stinky fruits and bitter chocolate to finish. Quite a bit happening. Comes across like a dirty old Belgian ale before the sweet chocolate and roast kicks in. Intensity tails off a fraction on the finish but otherwise impressive.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with SoLan. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a moderate off-white head that lasted through mid-glass and left very spotty lace. Very pleasant aroma of banana and caramel. The flavor is again banana and caramel with a bit of raspberry surprsingly enough. Lightly tart at the finish. Medium bodied. Very easy to drink with the alcohol well hidden. Good stuff!

Deep ruby amber pour wit ha small white head. Aromas of fruit and wheat: bananas, figs. Flavor is dark and rich malt with touches of caramel. Earthy and robust. Very nice.

12 oz, labeled batch no. 05. Hazy chestnut with a medium head that settles into a lasting sugary ring. Spiced banana aroma. Flavor is spicy caramel, chocolate, bitterish nut, and rum. Slightly rusty banana, cardboard, and wheat flour on the finish. Medium body is sorta smooth and sorta rough, with some alcohol dryness.

Bronzy burnt orange. Toffee and banana aroma, also the chief flavours on the palate, along with a little cocoa. Quite estery, very good.
