Sep 21, 2008 Hazy maroon, no head and brothy. Figgy raisin notes are there as well as more complexity than I am accustomed to from this part of the world, which is great. Fruity cardboard breadiness is there as well as a dangerous drinkability for the alcohol, nicely done!

Sep 21, 2008 Pours a dark brown with a decent head. Aroma of caramel, banana, and clove. Flavor is sweet, a bit of a weird flavor at the end.

Sep 12, 2008 Bouteille de 355 ml achetée chez RSVP (Portland, ME). Arôme: Odeur de céréales avec une pointe de banane et de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est brune voilée avec une fine densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col beige mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel fruité avec une pointe de céréales et d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement crémeuse. Sep 6, 2008 Pour is a cloudy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is deffinatly sweet with notes of banana and cloves. Flavor is again sweet with some caramel and molasses. Finish is thick but watery all at the same time. An ok beer nothing like some of it German counterparts as there is not much of a flavor profile.
