Light and aromatic. I’ve tried it in bottle and tap. Beltramelli (471), Campinas, Brazil

Cooling flavor, watery, but with strong presence of malt. The cream disappointed me. Medium thick, but nothing persistent........................................ Aroma fraco, mas frutadinho. Sabor refrescante, tipo "mineral beer", mas com forte presença de malte de trigo evidente.
O creme me decepcionou. Medianamente espesso, mas nada persistente. jalichio999 (502), Brazil

Carbonatada. Não é doce, nem enjoativa. Desce agradável, com excelente drinkability. joanabarbosa (47), Goiânia, Brazil

Good luck, good day hehehe!!! (Please, dont feel infuriated. these multinational supermarkets invoice millions!)
This southern Brazil´s weisse pours a hazy yellow color with small head. Nose is wheat and honey. Watery flavor with yeast and wheat, vague clove notes. Dry wheaty aftertaste with a little bitterness.

Brazilian beer is not know for being strictly following true style, but this brewery is different from the others. This actually was authentic, right down to the hefe in the bottom of the bottle. I am not sure if Brazilians who have not been outside of the country and tasted the real thing will appreciate this beer. I’ve tasted the offering of one of the larger brewers in Brazil and it paled in comparison. I was almost scared away from the R$4.99, but in the end pleased. Easily the best beer to style that I had in Brazil. I’ll be going to Blumenau on my next trip. educunha (1), Santos, Brazil does not count | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 26, 2005 Very good beer. Eisenbahn started as a a small (micro) regional brewery. They are starting to distribute through big supermarket chains pricing premiun though. Hopefully they will not loose quality going national.
Molson bought Xingu, originally a regional brand from a southern state, added lots of caramel and non malted cereals to its formula and destroyed the excellent Xingu
