Jul 27, 2007 Bottle, July 2007, Thanks Eli! Pale, hazy, yellow color with a medium, frothy white head. Mildly spicy, clove aroma with some lemony szest. Bready, phenollic flavor with a nice, light aftertaste. Soft, medium to light mouthfeel, creamy and very drinkable. Simple but pleasant heffeweizen. Must be great on a brazilian beach.

Nov 17, 2007 Bottle. High white fluffy but lasting head. Hazy yellow body. Barley malt can be spotted in the aroma which is otherwise characterised by the expected swet banana. Interesting flavor of banana lemon and a well chosen amount of carbonation. Long aftertaste.

Jul 11, 2007 Has a cloudy yellow color, with a small, but lasting head. The aroma is obviously of wheat, though it has something sweet. In the palate it is watery enough, does not have the body for that one expects from these beers.

Jul 21, 2007 Bottle. Long time since I’ve drunk this beer. I strongly remember the fruity aroma. A little watery. Nice, refreshing, far above the average Brazilian beer.

Mar 1, 2007 Updated: Apr 6, 2007Boa cerveja de trigo brasileira, porém não é a melhor da Sudbrack. Possui um cheiro frutado suave, espuma branca constante e densa, coloração caramelo, muito bonita. Sabor frutado, encorpado, presença de álcool, amargor suave e agradável. O ruim das cervejas Eisenbahn é o preço, bem salgado se compararmos com as demais brasileiras ou então com as importadas do mesmo nível.

Nov 26, 2005 Very good beer. Eisenbahn started as a a small (micro) regional brewery. They are starting to distribute through big supermarket chains pricing premiun though. Hopefully they will not loose quality going national.
Molson bought Xingu, originally a regional brand from a southern state, added lots of caramel and non malted cereals to its formula and destroyed the excellent Xingu
