Jun 28, 2006 1989 bottle at Kulminator. Chestnut brown with a big white head. Fruity aroma with notes of chocolate combined with fresh bubblegum aroma. Sweet flavours initially, then more acidic fruitiness, dry finish. Medium to light body. Still a highly complex brew and keeping up well after 17 years in the bottle.

Oct 17, 2005 No#13. (1987). I never thought that a weizen could or should be aged, anyway turned out well. Aroma is of feet with a sour banananess going on. Taste is similar with a sort of red wine vinigar going on, nice sourness. An excellent refreshing beer, unexpectidly so.
