[Eyes] Clear, pale golden with a small, bubbly and quickly vanishing head. [nouse] Honey-malty, floral and mildly buttery aroma with hints of wood. [Mouth] Pale mildly fruity flavor with no hop bite a little acidic large. Medium-bodied,

Nice gold colour and good head retention. Aroma is very (Saaz) hoppy and flavour is similarly hoppy. Malt is pretty thin and kind of milky, and a reasonably bitter finish. Nice beer but too much hops/not enough malt for a Helles.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear pale yello, fair sized head. Mild grassy nose. Dryish despite an underlying malt sweetness. The mouthfeel is relaxed, clean and rounded. There are notes of paper and butter and the bitterness is low. A refreshing helles with clean flavour profile.

Pale golden yellow colour. White fast disappearing head. Some grass in the nose. Soft a little bit sweet taste. Some hops in the end.

Healthy straw colour; jets of carbonation support a dense, white froth. Clean, honeyed and gentle nose with touches of lightly toasted white bread and wild flowers. Sweet on the tongue, lightly grainy, with a quenching acidity; the finish is restrained, floral. Slick in the mouth with ample carbonation and pinpoint carbonation.

Fluffy, clean and refreshing, but it lacks depth and a sense of class.

50cl bottle, best before 14 January 2009.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with dusty notes of hops, malt, and caramel.

Warm golden with a huge, white and lasting head. The aroma is mild and smooth with notes of malt and hops. The flavour has a light, refreshing bitterness, smooth notes of malt and light citrus. It’s a nice one.
