500ml bottle. white head, diminishes fast. very pale yellow-brown color. Aroma is smooth, with sweet malts and banana. Palate is light, with low to medium carbonate. Very mild flavour, some hops. little bit bitter at the end. Good for hot summer day and chinese etc. hot food

Dec 1, 2008 Sparkling golden, foaming pale head. Nose is neutral, little cardboardy malts and hayish hops. Dull. Hayish flavor, honey, malts and alcohol. Quite crisp, but still plain boring. Light bodied, strong carbonation. Slightly better than basic bulk, but just very sterile.

Nov 3, 2008 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet, slightly dusty strawy malty nose ´with a touch of dough. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mf. Strawy, malt-accented taste; rather dry sweet-bitter finish. Without flaws, just a bit boring (24.X.08).

Sep 10, 2008 Glass poured fresh from 5L keg. Perfectly clear pale gold body with sizeable white foam leaving sparce lace. Grainy malt nose, bit of honey and floral hops, nothing wrong but not alot happening. Reasonable carbonation, slightly thin body and texture. More grainy malt on the body, bit bready and corn-like, bit of spicy hops towards a dry, medium bitter finish. Average sort of quaffing German Helles, unremarkable at best.
