Commercial Description:
A truly great Pils, a little maltier and more ‘Bavarian’ than the rest. The 6-packs are brand new for the American market.

(330 ml bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/maine/portland/ target=blank>Downeast Beverage Co.) Bland, possibly stale...Pours very pale clear yellow with a tall frothy white head. Weak aroma of some honeyish malt, also some light sourish, wet cardboard off-notes. Mouthfeel light, thin, kind of dry. Patchy globs of foamy lacing. Taste is bland, weak, kind of sour, some honey and bread in there but weak. Lightly bitter finish. There are even low alcohol beers that taste better.

Pours a crispy golden color with a bright white head and decent lacing. The smell was mild hops, carbonation and some grass. It had a clean, crispy taste with not much else going on. Not a bad pilsner.

(in keg). Has an aspect of light golden beer. Aroma with something, very little of hop. The flavor is clean with some bitterness of hop and some malt, very in the fund. This one on the average of the European beers, but a bit far from other pils.

bottle - Pours golden with a mildly hoppy aroma. The flavor is on the sweet side with some mild hops balancing it and leading to a crisp finish. Medium bodied and easy drinking, this isn’t bad.

Partyfass at Ungstrups plase. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is of straw and hay. The taste is the same. Medium body with a sweet straw finish.

Partyfass. A pilsener golden beer with a lazing fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with a light malt note in the back ground. The flavor is sweet and very malty with a crisp hoppy note and a light note of caramel, leading to a bitter end.
