Nice golden color, but lacking in a sustained head and lively beading. The aroma is sweet and grassy. It’s a bit too heavy in the mouth and carries too sweet of a taste, lacking somewhat in the snappy hopping that one anticipates in a pils. steview (902), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 27, 2005 nope. not my pils! moldy, grassy, and prickly. the palate is too thick. inactive body. it tries to be so crisp and honey sweet, but... you know, it’s actually not offensive, but what the hell, seriously. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA

| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 31, 2004 This bottled brew poured a large sized head of frothy fine to large sized mostly lasting white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and straw yellow orange in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild malty hoppy astringent . Its mouth feel is initially tingly hop malt with a lingering mild palate and a hoppy malty aftertaste. Its flavor contained a touch of malt grassy astringent notes. A below average brew. chriso (4852), London, Greater London, England
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 16, 2004 Different label, different shaped bottled, different ABV (4.9%), but it appears to be the same beer. Clear gold colour with a modest, but creamy and persistent white head. Sift malt aroma, with no more than a faint suggestion of grassy hop. Smooth mouthfeel, but the malt fades away. The hops don’t make much of an impression either until a somewhat sharp bitterness comes through on the aftertaste. There’s a touch of sweetness and a very late metallic edge in the aftertaste. Clean, but sacrifices flavour for quaffability. 500ml bottle from beersofeurops.co.uk.

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 7, 2004 Bottle. Medium sized white head, very little lacing, transparent, carbonated, and a yellow hue. Skunky and malty aroma. Flavor was sweet, malty, skunky, bland, boring. Not so good that I want "more please". Smooth palate. Light bodied. Panzuriel (996), Westerville, Ohio, USA
