Panzerfaust (393), Santiago, Chile Mar 11, 2007 Updated: Mar 13, 20078,8% ABV
Pours a dark and murky mahogany color. Head is medium, off-white and foamy. It diminishes pretty quickly and leaves a fair lacing.
Aroma is weird. It has mainly corn...lots of it. Then I sense smells of coconut (more specifficaly Tahitian Monoi tanning oil), cocoa, medicine and bolivian corn chicha. Some hints of shampoo too...urgh.
Flavor is weird, sweet and tart, rancid. Eeewww! Corn syrup, aloe vera, mashed corn, argh. This is definitely a darinpour.
Body is medium, no alcoholic presence despite the ABV. Carbonation is medium. Finish is disgusting and long. It leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste. A god-awful drink, not beer.
