A sweet fruit beer. Lambi-ish. Consumed at brewery. Not really my style, but a nice deviation. Distribution issues in Patagonia with bottles.

Bottled. Gracias Marquinho!!
Very Dark and cloudy amber color, Amazing and persistent Copper color foamy. Aroma is Fruity and of course Raspberry is noted a lot, also some toffee notes. Remember some candy when I was a kid. Flavor is Sweet and of course again strong raspberry flavor, notes of toasted malt and almost undecover hoppy flavor that bring the sensation that’s a beer as well. So, this balance the flavor, but not so bodied. Low carbonation too. Mouthfeel is a smooth and sweet raspberry flavor.

Bottle conditioned, a deep - nearly purple - red with a head of the same colour. An aroma that is more nutty that it is raspberry. A raspberry juice flavour with some hop bitterness that balances some of the sweetness. OK.

Imbibed in December 2002. Strong raspberry aroma. Looked like dark, cloudy watermelon juice with no head. Moderate carbonation. Tasted like fizzy raspberry juice without any hop or malt flavors. Fruit pop.

For some reason this is not as enjoyable as the cereza, too sweet, a lot less body. I had to remind myself I was not rating a lambic, it’s just a sweet fruity beer. I don’t know if I could really get used to the style.
