riversideAK (2648), Shoreline, Washington, USA Oct 18, 2007 Orange amber color with a thin white head. A sour funky aroma but very unpronounced. Flavor is lightly woody with grainy toasted malt. Finishes with a bland bitterness. I don’t think that the Bravo hop is a strong alpha acid varietal, but whatever. Not as good as the regular IPA or the Deuce. beerguy101 (3861), Newark, California, USA Sep 1, 2007 Tasted on tap at the 2nd Annual Drakes IPA Festival. This IPA pours a medium yellow gold color. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is mild and fleeting, floral and earthy. Medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruit and sweet. The hops are earthy and floral. Nice balance. About in the middle of my bitterness scale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is Slightly bitter.
