Orange pour, b ig agressive hop aroma, Taste was huge throat burning bitterness, a bit too bitter, needs a bit more balanced. Could be a victoim of how great the IPA was however. f351c4v (404), Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 6, 2009 On tap @ Toronado. Pours a slightly hazy orange, small head. Very hoppy and citrusy nose, gives way to a grapefruit, sweet orange, and bitter explosion. Could be a bit more balanced, but why? Tasty! Nuffield (2724), Roseville, Minnesota, USA

Even Jazz88, who is all about hops, said he wouldn’t want two of these. Hops in the aroma, the flavor, hoppy finish, hops on the palate...basically hops. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 4, 2009 12oz bottle. Hazy orange with a sticky head. Big, spicy hop aroma with grapefruit and sweet orange and some malty sweetness. Starts with a citric and floral hop flavor, upheld by a sweet pale malt base, and then finishes with a strong bitterness that lingers. Medium bodied and somewhat light for the style. I like the balance.
