Very bold fresh hoppy aroma with some underlying caramel malt. Body has a nice toffee sweetness intertwined with a generous hop balance. Finishes fresh, dry and bitter, a very nice IPA. howie (549), DeForest, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 18, 2003 Lighty hazed amber color with a bubbly cream colored head. Big fresh cascade aroma with a hint of malt. Fairly smooth feel. Hops flavors dominate throughout the quaff. Finish is a pure hops high and acid feel. Some light sweetness noticed mid to late swallow. A little to light in the malt department for my tastes, but if you are a hops head this is a should, if not a must, try brew.
