| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 21, 2009 Murky amber with a thin white head. Aroma of soap, pine, grapefruit and bready malts. Taste of heavy hops, though the hops aren’t terribly flavorful. Finish is a medium bitter that lasts quite some time, not the greatest of finishes. A little burnt malt mixed into the finish and mild caramel tries to sneak its way into the flavor as well.
