On tap @ El Toro Brewpub [batch # 500 8-30-99] poured a cloudy copper with a minimal amber head. Aromas of carmel, toffee, sherry and light fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, sherry, fruitiness, light toffee and a hint of earthiness with a smooth lingering bitter finish.
