Formulated by our new head brewer Mike Barker. He has one many national and international accolades for his interpretation of this style. Kolsch is a unique local top fermented style of Cologne-Bonne metropolitan area where it is produced by about a dozen breweries. Distinctively pale, golden color. Alcohol content by volume under 4.5%. Serve at cellar temperatures with sausage.

A- Pours a cloudy orange hue with a thin eggshell head. S- Fairly faint nose, a tad funky with hints of yeast and spice. T- Taste is slightly tart, very dry, bready, with very distinct yeasty notes. M- Medium bodied with high carbonation. D- This was definitely enjoyable. One of my favorite El Toro brews hands down.
