| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Mar 26, 2007 I think I should thank Beerdrenched for sharing this, but I don’t know. Pours hazy orange with a splotchy white head. The aroma has cardboard and household cleaner with mustiness. Medium / thin body with thin flavors and overbearing sharp carbonation. The taste has sour cardboard, fake citrus and sour mash. This is the epitome of horrible. Thumbs down so hard they are stuck in the ground . Maybe this bottle had been aged a couple years or something - I can think of no other reason a beer could be this bad. footbalm (1219), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 1, 2007 Pours a golden brew with a wild ass head big and foamy. This was tasty with mild hop flavor with some doughy yeast also. This was something that would be darn nice after a long hot run. Easy drinking. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 9, 2006 Bottle: Golden color with a smallish white head and very little lacing. Aroma is on the sweet side with some citrus notes. Taste is more citrus hoppy with malt and yeast. Not very intense in the flavor department. Good, but needs more kick. Poured a hazy golden hued orange with a foamy, fluffy white head that settled into a thin bubbly, sudsy lacing, minimal amount of ringed sticking.
Aromas of minerals, fruity yeast, honey biscuits and floral hops.
Good even carbonation and a crisp, creamy smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel.
Tastes of fruity yeast, honey and biscuity malts, citric hops with a light floral leafiness in the bitterness, and a dry grainy, yeasty, leafy finish.
Easy smooth drinkability, an nice example of an English Pale Ale.
