I never heard of this brewery before, and I’m impressed. Breesia says it’s a goldish color. Smells like honey. Bready. Nice malt aroma a grood amount of hops as well. wonderful refreshing citrus finish. buckybeer (666), Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA

Aroma was yeast and malts with a tad amount of hops. Flavor was very smooth. A little citrus and just a little sour (in a good way). A nice sharp refreshing brew. hopscotch (5507), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 27, 2006 Bottle... Cloudy light golden ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. The nose is earthy and full of citrusy, piney hops. Slightly oxidized. Great balance, flavor wise. A whisper of pungency from the oxidation/infection; otherwise, a nice marriage of mild to moderate biscuity malt and a modestly bitter, crisp hop bite. Light to medium-bodied and fizzy. Short, crisp, fairly clean finish. Kudos to Monger for providing this one! ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 1, 2006 Thanks to IrishBoy for this one. Slightly hazy golden body with a fairly large head, blah lacing. Aroma is grass, light floral and fruits. Some bready sweetness. Simple and easy, but well done. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA

Smell is malty, sweet, fruity, and a tad hoppy. Taste is smooth, rich, filling, easy to drink, but the sweetness catches up to this one. An interesting beer, drinks very smooth, could be a session beer. ratman197 (3246), Arvada, Colorado, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 24, 2006 Received as a bonus from <!-- i -->IrishBoy<!-- /i -->. Pours a hazy orange copper with a small off white head. Aroma of woody hops, toffee malts, some butterscotch. Taste is much the same minus the butterscotch, and has a little nuttiness and a biscuity finish. Creamy mouthfeel, light-mod carbonation. A well made beer. Hazy deep orange-gold with a decent off-white foamy lasting head. Sweet juicy, slightly spicy malt, light perfumy hops; fruity. Fruity taste but quite a bit of floral/herbal hop bitterness - nice linger, sweetish fruity aftertaste. Finishes a little watery, nice and sharp mouthfeel - crisp. English Pale? Okay by me, whatever, I just enjoyed it on a hot day - refreshing.
