Poured a medium and slightly hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of lemons, honey and light wheat. Tastes of pretty much the same with the wheat coming through a little stronger. Both the aromas and tastes on the lighter side with the body on the thinner side.

Usually not a fan of the American wheat beers but this one just hit the spot. Probably had something to do with the fact that I was standing in the 100 degree heat of morgan hill drinking on a cold easy brew. Has a bit rounder of a flavor than most beers of this category.

Nice misty golden color with a fluffy white head. Awesome wheaty malt taste. It’s slightly buttery on the tongue, and light and crisp in the mouth. Just a touch of the hops.

Golden brown, with a touch of lacing and a creamy head. Toasty malt flavors with just a hint of sweetness, and a little hoppy. Slightly cloudy, but just enough to make it opaque.

Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is fruity with a touch of malts. A lighter bodied American Wheat beer. Malts are slightly sweet. Hops are mild and a touch spicy. Mild flavor, smooth taste. Very typical American Wheat. Mouthfeel is creamy and full. Finish is dry! Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

small head dissapates quickly. Typical anemic gold color, very slight haze. Pleasant light hop aroma. Good thirst-quencher, but nothing outstanding.

Light golden color with a smallish white fluffy head. Aroma and flavors of honey and light apples dominate and take away from the malt and hops. Why gum up the mash, if you aren’t going to use a proper yeast?

Clear, golden and headless with typical American Standard aromas, this is an American Wheat. Taste is slightly sweet and malty with significant bitter. Finish is blunt and clean. Some interesting bandage flavors but I was expecting more from the Bill Jones signature beer. El Toro is quietly building itself into a West Coast brewing powerhouse but this beer is no evidence of that.
