A strong version of Poppy Jasper maybe? Very good stuff. Spicy nose with hints of sweetness. Cloudy light brown with a small head. Flavor is clean, with smooth bitterness and a slight floral flavor. Finish is also clean. Easy to drink and easy to consume too many...

Orange amber color. Smell of hops, malt, caramel, peppers and alcohol. Taste of hops, spice, malt, minor dark fruit, nutty and sugar. Alcohol in this warmed you up at the end.

Poured a lightly hazed amber color with a small beige head. Light caramel malt aroma with notes of spice, esters and alcohol. The flavor was sweet and malty again with some spice and light alcohol.

Thanks to goldtwins for sharing this. Pale amber-red beer, thin white head. Aroma is a little bit boozy. Lightly nutty and a little bit sweet. Lightly chewy with a bit of orange peel and caramel. Softly sweet. Lingering caramelly candyish flavour. Meh, it’s okay.

Draft at Toronado. Hazy amber colored. Caramel aroma, moderate hops, somewhat fruity as well. Very creamy head (no nitro crap) and very drinkable. Props for that, this beer could get scary if I had a growler to myself.

On tap at brewpub. Brew yo 789, brewerd 11/4/2002. Tawny copper color. Aroma of aged sweet candied malt, brown sugar, etc. Somewhat similar aroma to barleywine. Flavor is smooth and sweet with a little bit of bittersweet apple and fruit. My buddy said it tasted like flat Steel Reserve. I thought he was wrong!
