Draft sampler at brewpub. Faint sour aroma, light body, hops present but not very assertive. I don’t expect an IPA level of bitterness for a pale ale but this was a little light for a plae ale--still, not all that bad.

Tap Ohio Brew Week. Pours amber color with a thin soapy head. Aroma is caramel, light hops. Flavor is light grapefruit, caramel. Palate is medium to light bodied, medium carbonation, light bitter finish. Thin and watery, not too good.

Pour a clean amber with a white head. Citrus, pine, orange peel, and spice on the nose. Smooth taste. Spicy hops with a light mouthfeel. Smooth finish, slightly bitter.

Served with a sticky, ecru head above a bright amber body. Mild, dry citrus to the aroma. Mid-bodied leaning towards thinness. Adequate citric bittering with an English personality and an American twist. Not bad at all for the style and for a sessionable quaffer.

On tap at Elevator, Columbus. Colored a clear amber with a moderate frothy white head that didnt last long. Did have good lacing. Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Medium body with a thin texture. Very hoppy flavor with a small bitter finish. First Elevator brew I have tried. Not bad.

Draft at the brewpub: Light golden amber wtih barely an adhesive foam. Lightly bittered, very much in the British style but with an off-putting mustiness. Eh ...
