I was really surprised at the drinkability of this Pale. Just the right amount of hops make this a perfect beer to complement your meal or to enjoy at the bar or while playing pool. I wish they bottled this one. Nice amber color and minimal head/lacing. Smooth flavor, great beer.

I knew I should have started with the pale ale! It was the last beer I tried on this particular day and it was the best. Nice blend, perfect hoppiness!

A light tea colored body. A thin white head with some lacing.
Light, delicate, floral hop aroma.
Nice malty backbone that's distinctive but not overpowering. Very nice balance of hops. Just the right bitter aftertaste too.
Smooth body. Very true to the style and a good beer too.

Had this on tap at Carrabba's Italian Grill at Polaris. This brew is a medium clover honey (as well as I could tell in the softly lit restaurant). The frothy/creamy white head is mostly diminishing with fair lacing. The flavor is well balanced. Moderate citrus acidity is present and the finish is lightly bitter. The medium body is dry and lively. The finish feels crisp.

Pours a amber color with a thin white head. Taste of hops however not real overpowing. A good pale ale but not great
