Objectively speaking: Depressively tranquil Englsih-style ale.
I like: I did not find much to like about this one.
I dislike: Nothing stands out. Neglectable hops fail to balance the sweetness developed. Dull grainy (red grain, red rice) malt profile with strong huskiness and sweet caramel. Toastiness is never considered, feels watery and stale on the palate. One of their less shining beers, that or it was not at its freshest.

Amber pour with a tan head and lace. Medium malt with a medium light bitter. A bit foamy and thin. Very drinkable but not really special.

Draft beer as part of the MBA program. Pours a nice red color. Has a strong caramel taste. Great beer.

Draft at brewpub. Pretty light amber, not really all that red, smallish head, slightly hoppy nose. Very balanced between malt and hops, so that neither really shines. Drinkable.

Sampler @ brewpub. Light copper pour, thin white head. Aroma of butterscotch, caramel malt. Tastes of toffee, caramel. Finishes bittersweet, and hoppier than I expected. Me likey.

Draft sampler at brewpub. Light amber color, sweet malty aroma, flavor much the same--hop bitterness present but offset by the malt components. Pretty good.
