Aug 10, 2007 Pours a light black with a red tint. Roast on the nose. Nuts, chocolate, and roast on the palate with a medium body. Smooth finish.

Jun 18, 2007 Floral nose of coffee, cereal, toffee, and brown sugar. The brew is black with garnet ruby highlights. The mostly lasting light brown rocky head leaves fair lace. Sweet, fruity and roasted with moderate acidity and a big finish. The medium body is dry and soft. Special thanks to Jana banana for the elevator binge.

Jan 12, 2007 Sample from the Elevator. Dark brown, very little head, good lacing. Tasted like coffee. For a dark beer, surprisingly smooth finish. Not as bitter as I was expecting.
