The beer pours a flat black color with a minimal light beige head that leaves only an outer ring after a moment. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of dark malt, caramel and oaky vanilla. Rich and smooth body with flavors of sweet malt, vanilla and oak. Touches of mocha as well. The finish is roasty and sweet and leaves a lingering vanilla aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Vanilla oak aroma. Beige head. Dark coloured and very smooth on the palate with a little bitterness in a vanilla coffee and chocolate flavoured finish. JaBier (1284), Capital City, Ohio, USA

Caramel malty and boozy aroma with some oaky vanilla. Flavor is over the top vanilla (almost like vanilla extract or it spent a lot of time in the barrel) with a roasty finish.
