May 4, 2006 Draft at the Elevator. Poured dark amber with a moderate white head that was mostly lasting and had fair lacing. Medium hoppy sour citrus aroma. Medium to light body. Medium hoppy sour citrus flavor with a solid biiter finish. Solid drinkable IPA.

Oct 29, 2006 Draft at the brewpub: Shiny copper. Sweet and tart together at once. A starker version of their pale ale. Almost baked apple sourness at the end. Livens up a bit as it warms, as the moldiness settles into a bit more of a fruity bite.

Aug 16, 2006 Light brown-amber, lacing head. Sweetish caramel aroma. Will-bittered, medium fruit, medium sweet, well-balanced. Medium body, long bitter finish. Fair diacetyl. Well done.

Nov 7, 2005 A faint soapy aroma, but in a good way. A hoppy grainy taste that sustains throughout. An "easy" IPA and one to have again.

Apr 9, 2006 Sample at the brewpub - Pours dark amber with a short foamy offwhite head. Aroma is mostly c-hops. Some grapefruit and pine both there but defintely not as dominant as I usually like in my IPAs. Flavor is malty at first. Caramel, and grains turn to a bitter floral and grapefruit finish. Palate is light and somewhat on the watery side.

Sep 17, 2008 Deep hard amber/orange pour with gooey head and lace. An evergreen hops aroma. Solid malt with a medium/hard bitter. Creamy full bodied. Very nice balance solid bitter make this an all round good beer.

Jul 25, 2007 Served with a sheet-lacing ecru head over a deep yet clear copper body. Soapy florals above pepper in the aroma carry through to the flavor. I enjoyed it despite my scant notes.

Nov 3, 2006 Copper color with a small beige head. Mild hop aroma. Nice bitter hoppy flavor. Not citrus or floral more of an English hoppiness.
