Elevator Ole Pen Nitro Stout

Pours an almost black color with a compact dark beige head. Sparse, stringy lacing. The aroma is toasty with malt and a bit of chocolate. Medium-bodied and smooth but not very rich. Lightly smoked, with roasted coffee, malt and light chocolate flavors. The finish is creamy and sweet. Nothing really distinguished about this Stout but it is decent.

Good black color and odd aroma. Good malty taste, chalky mouthfeel and good to complement a desert, because it doesnt overpower like many a stout would.

Okay, first off, I know the brewmaster Vince Falcone. Since this is his newest venture, the beers here will only get better. I liked the color of it as well as the aroma. The tasted was pretty good, but it is a little bit on the light side for a stout in my opinion.
