had on cask at the wheatsheaf while watching the chiefs kick the hurricanes ass all over the park! Interesting beer i guess is the best thing to say....hop characters but more along the harsh astringent nature than the good fruity stuff....

Clear medium amber color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090420]

Sep 28, 2008 Tap at The Mitre in Ely Court, London. Tap handle said 4.5. Well balanced dry palate with prominent bitterness with a slightly fruity depth to finish. Lightly hazy gold tones - deep gold. Note from 2004.

Aug 27, 2008 Cask - Murderers, Norwich. A dark and dusky golden colour with a slight off-white head. Sweet, fruity aromas with a standard but rounded hoppiness. The flavours are also quite hoppy with a plump sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel. Good body with a crisp dryness in the finish and a lingering grassy flavour.
