The aroma was strong sweet, fruity and tart with a dryish finish. The flavor was sweet, tangy, fruity and sugary with a hint of dry spice and along tangy fruity finish. There was an undertone reminiscent of sweettart candies. ¾ (5006), Boulder, Colorado, USA

Fairly typical smell and flavor: candy sugar, simple base pils malt, moderately sweet. Little to no alcohol noticed. Seems spot on for Belgian tripple, not complex but still tasty enough.

Pours a pale clearish golden, with a finger of white. Has that chill haze that all their beers do. Flavor is good. The 9% alcohol is very well buried in the beer. I really like the yeast profile in this beer. There some orange, ginger and pineapple character. A nice bright fruitiness that doesn’t go over the top. A nip thin and maybe grainy, but this is very decent. I was really happy to see a Belgian from Tim. Finishes dry and clean. Surprisingly drinkable for the alcohol. I might have expected a little more bodied and complexity from something of this gravity, but this is easily my favorite beer from this brewery now.
