A very fresh, energetic offering in the swollen pale ale ranks of California brewers. Highly drinkable, with a top-notch balance of hops and malt. Yum. The best Elk Grove beer I've had.

~3.5 Pours a cloudy golden color with white head. ~Sweet, clean hop scent. Similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. ~Light crisp hop taste. Again reminds me of Sierra Nevada. ~Medium to light feel, clean crisp finish. ~Very similar to Sierra Nevada IMO. I do like this one a tad better though.

Hoppy mildly biscuity nose. Nice mouthfeel with good bittering. Nice clean finish.

At NorCal Brewers Guild Festival at Raley Field. Aroma of hop and malt. Hazy amber gold color with a little head that left lacing. Starts with a Thompson Seedless grape flavor! Ends on a balance of fruity hop and malt. Quite different. Very enjoyable.
