Elk Grove Woodys Hophead Red

~Pours a deep copper brown color with small creamy head. ~Nice mellow malty scent with lingering hops. ~Kind of a sweet rye like flavor with bitter hops. Good distinct flavor. ~Medium feel, bitter finish. ~This is a nice brew. I enjoyed it.

Hop forward nose with a slight touch of Diacetyl. Thin and overly carbonated body with mild Diacetyl and roast notes. Hop astringent finish.

Reddish amber color with a creamy tannish head that stayed. Very hoppy aroma. Thinnish body with creamy carbonation. Lots of hop (citrus and pine) to go with a robust roasted malt. Strong flavors. The finish is fairly dry and has lots of bitter.
