Light hazy, amber/rusty color with a light fizzy head & some lacing. The aroma is nutty & boring with notes of caramel & lotion. The flavor is boring, watery, lightly sweet with faint hops & malts. Eh, not horrible for an 8AM beer on the road.

Dec 16, 2008 Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a malty caramel aroma with some fruity hints. Malty sweetish caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish with some nutty hints.

Jun 7, 2008 Bottle. Light amber color with a so-so beige head. Smells like slightly roasted caramel. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor of caramel and some rather mild hop. A bit nutty.

Aug 27, 2004 Dark amberDecent head with some larger bubbles. Very nice carmel malt and hop aroma. Sweet caramel up front and in the finish. Caramel finish builds with a little hop bitterness. Tends a little towards syrupy flavour. Body is ok. As the label advertises probably very good with pizza or spicy food. A little sweet on its own.

Nov 21, 2003 Clear and amber-red with NO head. Curiously, it was sharply carbonated though. Sweet and sugary malts; slightly roasted and carmelized. Very, very mild bitterness. Unbalanced and not very impressive.
