Aug 27, 2004 Dark amberDecent head with some larger bubbles. Very nice carmel malt and hop aroma. Sweet caramel up front and in the finish. Caramel finish builds with a little hop bitterness. Tends a little towards syrupy flavour. Body is ok. As the label advertises probably very good with pizza or spicy food. A little sweet on its own.

Aug 27, 2005 Deep golden color, small white head. Sweet malty aroma. Slightly toasty malt flavors with a tinge of earthen hop character in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium light.
