Bottiglia da 33cl all’Exultate di Piazza Lavagna; versa con abbondante schiuma candida, il colore č oro intenso piuttosto torbido. Aroma fortemente citrico e speziato, piů selvaggio della Honnelles ma non troppo dissimile; sapore complesso e speziato (sembra una saison di frumento). Particolare e piuttosto luppolata per lo stile. Una delle migliori blanche in giro.

Jul 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy dirty yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, bread, light fruit and spices. Flavor of a spicy/wheat bite, some pear, apple, apricot, and light sourness and tartness. Interesting witbier as the spices were more subdued than in most witbiers and more focused on the yeast/bready components. Very delectable.
