Pours a dark gold with a huge white head. Musty, funky, herbal and pepper aroma. Slightly creamy herbal taste with a hint of pepper. Nice pepper finish. Very tasty.

Nov 28, 2008 Hazy orange/straw-colored with large head. Orange and coriander flavor with some maltiness. Better than their amber.

Nov 19, 2008 Bottle… Cloudy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is of honey and bread. Full-bodied with a chewy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Nov 18, 2008 Big pop of the cap and a slow rise of foam to the top. Hazy dark amber. Lasting white head. Funky moderate aroma of dandelion and sweat socks. Sourish mixed greens flavour. Mild. Drinkable.

Oct 28, 2008 Poured a dirty blond haze with a scummy head that quickly faded. Aroma was bread-like...with some yeasty dough-notes. Flavor was more doughy yeastiness with some brandy flavor that him me in the back of the tongue. Mouthfeel was unremarkable.
OK, but it hardly blew me away. I bought this bottle at Beer Mania in Brussels, and smuggled it home in my wooden leg.

Oct 20, 2008 Picked this one up out of curiosity. Really fruity aroma. Taste was heavy on fruit and fairly sweet. I’m not a big fan of highly carbonated beers, so while on for the type, didn’t settle well with me. I’ve no previous Saisons to compare it to, but was a decent brew.
