Jun 16, 2009 An average beer which is a little off for an alt. More of a limp brown ale. Damp malt and a bit watery. Yet, still drinkable thanks to their food!

Oct 13, 2004 Dark amber and red, thin white creamy head. Not my favorite aroma with notes of chocolate, earth, dirt, and some toffee. Spicy floral hops do show up to balance out the earthy chocolate flavors. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dull sahara dry finish. Definitely not their best effort here....

Sep 25, 2003 Updated: May 25, 2004Out of a growler from the brewpub courtesy of a homebrewclub friend. Dark red color. good malt flavor, balanced with a good dose of hops. Nice hop/malt aroma. Clean.
