| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jan 21, 2003 Lacking a bit in aroma, this one has some very nice malt characteristics. It starts out with restrained melon fruit (which works better in a bock than you would imagine), but the malt becomes more characteristically caramel as it warms. Good bock, I should say.
