Soft tangy hops and caramel rule the flavor throughout. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, malty finish. Not their best Bock, but it was certainly drinkable…
hopscotch (5437), Vero Beach, Florida, USA May 28, 2006 Draft... Murky, amber-orange lager with a small, creamy, manila head. Malty, citrusy nose with toffee and lemon. Good balance of malt and hops. Lightly sour... pleasantly so. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Short, tangy finish. Not really brewed to style or maybe a little infected... verified by the brewer who was present. Taste is sweet malt, slight hops. Medium body. OK carbonation.
