Bouteille 12 oz, courtoisie de Hogtownharry. De couleur orange-ambrée et légèrement voilée. Nez de houblon floral et légèrement citrique (pamplemousse) et aux notes résineuses, malté de caramel doux et de biscuits au miel ainsi que fruité (agrumes et abricots). Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture aux petites notes résineuses et crémeuses. Goût moyennement amer de houblon assez floral et léger-moyen citrique (pamplemousse, présent toute la gorgée) accompagné d’un goût fruité (abricots, agrumes sucrées) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté sucré de caramel doux ainsi qu’un moyen goût de biscuits au miel puis en finale l’on assiste à un regain d’amertume de houblon plus asséchante, légèrement résineuse et aux notes herbeuses (herbe fraîche). Post-goût long et plutôt sec, moyennement amer de houblon floral, citrique et légèrement résineux avec des notes fruitées (zest d’agrumes).

Oct 17, 2008 9/23/08 - Draft Sample at Brewpub. Pours orange/amber with white head., decent lacing for a sample. Nose is malty wit ha slight citrus nose. Taste is big caramel malt with citrus and pine hops. Moderately bitter and solid mouth feel. Good standard.

Oct 5, 2008 Pours a dark amber/gold with a thin off white head. Aromas of lightly sweet pine/resiny hops, caramel, and fruit. Pretty hoppy in flavor with a bitter aftertaste. Also has a slight malt backbone that gives it a little sweet taste. Still tastes and feels like it is missing something. Overall I enjoyed this one.

Sep 4, 2008 Pours a reddish orange body and it has a white foamy head. Hoppy and very slightly fruity aroma. Slightly sweet taste of malts in there. A good, but light hop flavor that makes the beer both flavorful and refreshing. I like it.

Jul 11, 2008 <b>On tap @ brewpub</b> - Pours a clear amber color with a small off white head. Light lacing. Aroma is floral hops. Flavor is sweet toasted malt, fruity esters with a touch of citrus hops. Medium body. A very nice PA.

Jun 29, 2008 draft. pours light orange gold with a foamy white head. light citrus hop aroma. pine resin flavors on taste, light to medium body, definitely some grapefruit cascade flavors in there as well. drinks like a lighter version of SNPA. a nice sessionable pale with good hop flavor to keep things interesting. not going to blow you away but a respectable brew none the less.
