Had this on tap at the Elliott Glacier Public House. Colour... garnet-amber. Nose... certainly malty. Palate... malty, roasty, some light bodied coffee, mild chocolate and a quick finish.

Tap @ their Public House... Poured ruby with an off-white head. This was similar to their Winter Ale to me but seemed better with more depth and more robust. The dark malt created cocoa and nutty tones with a sweet, fruity finish.

Hazy brown with amber highlightsand the smallest fizzy head. Biscuity nosewith a slight hint of caramel and a tiny bit of herbal hops. Lightly sweet and malty with a very low amount of carbonation. Very soft mouthfeel, almost creamy, very enjoyable.

Similar to the other this has a really fruity and albeit yeasty texture, in all aspects, nose and flavor. Lots of sweet fruitiness in the malt profile, textured, with lots of malty layerings. Rich and quite tasty.

Solid beer. Dark copper in color, clear. Fair white head dissipates at a moderate pace and leaves little lacing. Highly malted in aroma. A touch of plum, caramel/sugar. Definitely a maltier beer. Hops don’t really make a dent in the malt bill. Nicely done, while not spectacular this is an enjoyable Scottish Ale.

(Draft: Elliot Glacier Public House in Parkdale, OR) Sweet, fruity, strongly caramely and alcoholic in the nose. The flavor is also sweet and very caramely, lightly bitter, and mildly alcoholic. The carbonation seems low again with this beer, so the palate is a bit flat, but the body is medium "plus". Dark amber color. Light tan head fades to a small ring, and only leaves a few dots of lace on the glass. Decent, but it’s failing to excite me.

Red amber with a light head and lace. Fruity nose with notes of gummi bears and caramel. Spicy. Caramel and fruit in the flavor with some bitterness. Finiahs with malty with bitter hops.
