On tap at Elliott Bay Brew Pub in West Seattle, WA--Dark amber body with a healthy beige head. Nutty, honey sweet brown sugar nose. Clean sweet and semi-dry mouthfeel. Residual molasses and honey add a nice touch. Very good beer.
