Commercial Description: Brewed in honor of our owner's 40th birthday, this dark copper-colored ale was brewed back in Dec. w/ local Admiral Amber honey and the same Belgian yeast used in our Winter Wheat.
A copper-colored beer with little carbonation and just not a nice appearance in the glass. Kind of a bready, uninteresting flavor. Just tastes a little off and is not something I would have again.
